Unfair Hiring & Recruitment Process in Govt Jobs

Everyone knows the hiring and recruitment process in Pakistan specially KPK, First of all its much complex process to apply for Govt jobs due unnecessary conditions like attestation of docs no body can access the Govt officials for attestation if anyone succeed in such process. There is no way to check how the position was filled and why he wasn't got hired for any reason.
So i suggest to develop such a transparent and online system that will update the candidates time by time about the process currently going on with their applications. and will fully provide information what they needed. It must be also able to handle complaints. Hope someone will consider my suggestions.
