Problem with Front-End Development

I am a pro Front-End developer and i see here in Peshawar everyone think about Back-End development, they don't give value to Front-End development that's why their designs look disgusting, please think about it and start work on it.

  Hi Hizbullah, this Civic Hackathon is accepting ideas related to innovation in civic services only. Your suggestion relates to personal development of individuals, not the domain of government/citizen services. So this idea won't be a relevant candidate for this hackathon. Hope that distinction makes sense?
