Problem: Power theft is a major issue in KPK, and the price of the power theft needs to be born by the honest citizens in form of price hikes

Suggested Challenge: There needs to be a mechanism for citizens to be able to report power theft. Through more up to date information and data on power theft as well as on billing cycles, this issue could be better monitored and addressed by both the utility and the consumers.

Insights: Consider exploring a combination of mobile and web-based tools that will make such reporting seamless and easy to track.
