Problem: Lines when trying to schedule clinic appointments

Suggested challenge: Currently, simply scheduling an appointment with a clinician or any other government service provider requires standing in long lines, and another line when returning for the actual appointment. There should be a way to save people the effort of having to spend so much time to make an appointment, by somehow scheduling the appointment in advance.

Insights: Potentially using mobile phones and SMS, the common denominator for citizens. Examples:
