Problem: Lagging punctuality and attendance among teachers and students

Suggested challenge: Quality control in educational institutions is a challenge. Examples are staff punctuality and student attendance. Currently, it is difficult to track instructor punctuality in classrooms and hence difficult to tie to exact quality control mechanisms. Similarly, it is challenging to keep track of student attendance. There is a need for a mechanism to enable citizens’ participation to help elevate the standards of educational institutes by allowing them to report the lack of attendance or punctuality of staff. Likewise, a mechanism should exist for instructors to report the students as well.
